"I want to convey my sincere thanks to Mr. Mayank Kumar (GM-Sales) and Ms. Shipra Sareen, who not only took care of the problem I was facing with my handset V2950 immediately but also reassured my faith in Videocon's proactive Customer Care policy.

It so happened that my handset wasn't working properly. The calls in progress were getting disconnected quite a lot. Hence to make or receive calls smoothly was getting almost impossible. And, it so happened that on one of my flights, I met Mr. Kumar by chance who I didn't know was GM-Sales, Handset Division, at that time. Since he was using the same phone, curiously I started talking to him to find out if he is also facing the same problem. After listening to me patiently, he handed over his card asking me to meet in his office with the handset the very next day. So the next day, on Mr. Kumar's advice I met Ms. Sareen and she got my phone repaired immediately. But again, I started facing the same problem with the handset and when I brought this to Ms. Sareen's attention, she happily replaced the handset. She not only gave me a permanent solution within two days but also the way she took care of my problem overwhelmed me with joy.

"The V1675 optical track pad makes the navigation much faster. The camera/pic quality of V1675 is better with its 2MP camera as opposed to the 2.1 MP camera of the Blackberry. V1675 with its 1450 mAH battery comfortably provides 4 hrs of talk time, the battery talk time provided by my Blackberry is hardly 2-2.5 hrs.

The V1675 feels a little heavier, probably because of the bigger mAH battery. And its width, if was a little less, it would be more comfortable to handle. Overall, with its features and its gun metal finish body, the V1675 makes a statement."

"Hi, I wanted a mobile with long battery, dual SIM, large phone book and low cost. V1302 is really perfect mobile with all necessary functions like conversation recording, sound recording, nice MP3 player with reasonably good quality sound especially Bass Boost. FM is really good, it is clear even in local train upto Thane. LED Torch is good idea and very useful in emergency. Battery is nice, I purchased on 30 April and it is still running on 5th May. Mobile reception is crystal clear even in local train. This powerpack device with so many functionality is nice for people like me as I travel a lot in forest and trekking. "Hi, I loved these phones. I loved the business phone but its costly for me...Nywys why do we always go for Nokia coz we had given Nokia a chance when it was new, we started liking it after that. Then why not given a chance to Videocon (apna company). I love Videocon TV's and am damn sure phone would do great if we change our mentality. I wish they get more phone with Wi-Fi enable.
